Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

One dossier = one PDF generation for one product/SKU. If you generate a dossier for the same product with updated information, that counts as a new dossier. We recommend saving your generated PDFs.
Unused dossiers do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle resets your allowance. Enterprise plans have unlimited generation, so this doesn't apply.
