1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PPWR Copilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PPWR Copilot is a software service that generates PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) compliance dossiers for EU markets. The Service provides:

• Automated generation of compliance documentation
• Country-specific recycling symbols and material codes
• Empty-space calculations
• PPWR 2030 compliance scoring

3. User Accounts and Trials

3.1 Free Trial

We offer a 48-hour free trial allowing you to generate up to 5 dossiers. Trial accounts:

• Are limited to one per company
• Expire after 48 hours from signup
• Do not require payment information

3.2 Paid Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans are available:

• Starter (£49/month): 10 dossiers per month, up to 5 countries
• Pro (£199/month): 50 dossiers per month, all 27 EU countries + UK, bulk CSV upload
• Enterprise (£499/month): Unlimited dossiers, custom branding, audit trail, API access

You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

4.2 Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Please review our service carefully before purchasing.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent documentation
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated dossiers as a service

6. Accuracy and Compliance

Important: While we strive to provide accurate compliance information, you are responsible for:

• Verifying all generated documentation is accurate for your specific use case
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Consulting with legal or compliance professionals as needed

The Service provides tools to assist with compliance but does not constitute legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by PPWR Copilot and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Generated dossiers remain your property for your business use.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PPWR COPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Compliance penalties or regulatory fines
• Errors or omissions in generated documentation

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
